Evansville, Ind., point guard JaQuan Lyle tweeted Tuesday night that Kentucky is no longer on his list of schools.
Lyle, the No. 13 overall player in the class of 2014, narrowed his list to 10 schools a few weeks ago. Kentucky was the only team on the list that had not offered.
Florida was not among his final 10 schools, but the Gators still reached out to offer Lyle a scholarship last week. They have now replaced UK on his list of 10, which also includes Texas, Louisville, Indiana, Georgetown, Illinois, N.C. State, Cincinnati, Ohio State and Tennessee.
Lyle made an unofficial visit to UK in October for Big Blue Madness. The Cats are still involved (and have offered) Tyus Jones and Emmanuel Mudiay, the top two point guards in the class of 2014.
