Scout.com unveiled its updated player rankings for the class of 2013 on Tuesday, and a couple of recruits with local interest made big moves.

UK signee Marcus Lee jumped 18 spots all the way up to No. 21, which makes him a five-star prospect. That move gives Kentucky a total of five five-star players on the Scout list. The Cats are still in the running for three other five-stars — Andrew Wiggins, Julius Randle and Aaron Gordon.

Louisville signee Terry Rozier made the biggest jump of anyone in the class. The Hargrave Military guard is now No. 15 overall, moving up from the No. 83 spot. Rozier turned heads over the weekend with a 68-point performance in Louisville, and has had several other high-scoring games this season.

If he stays at No. 15 in the final rankings, Rozier will be Rick Pitino’s highest-rated recruit since Samardo Samuels in 2008.

As you can see in the chart below, there was not much movement with the other UK recruits.
