North Carolina announced Tuesday night that James Michael McAdoo will return to Chapel Hill for his junior season. If super recruit Andrew Wiggins was waiting to get a clear picture of his finalists, McAdoo’s decision would have been the last major move for him to consider.

The chart below shows how Wiggins would fit in next season at Kentucky, Kansas, North Carolina and Florida State. In the past few days, several national media outlets have released early Top 25 rankings for the 2013-14 season. UK has been No. 1 in all of them. North Carolina has typically been in the back half of the Top 10, and Kansas is usually in the 15-20 range. Florida State has only been mentioned in a few.

Check out the chart (starting lineups are best guesses), and keep reading for the relevant stats on each team:

  1. I see the #1 and #2 teams in the country in these lineups. The Kentucky lineup is #1 and Kentuckys bench, with 5 McDonald all Americans #2.

  2. rumor is that wiggins is going to chose Kentucky and that the other 3 colleges are going to visit him to try and change his mind after world game this weekend!

  3. The media moves the rankings where they want last week Kansas was at 16 Embiid had a fair showing in the Jordan game that fouls werent called in one play Embiid nearly took Randels head off and the refs just stood there watching them rebound the ball and throw it down court while the media raved on how Embiid was going to be a force at Kansas as I feel he will also in a couple years not his fresh year he will foul out in the first 5 min of play with several turnovers for walking and trying to dribble at the same time .Embiid was ranked in the 90s last week and this week they have him upto 25 and Kansas as the number 2 in recruiting .I think they were correct last week but then they wouldn’t have anything to write about . Go Big Blue
