As has been apparent for the past few weeks, UK is no longer a serious contender in the recruitment of Justise Winslow.
ESPN’s Reggie Rankin reported Tuesday night that Winslow has scheduled official visits to Arizona, Duke and Stanford. The 6-foot-6 forward has already used official visits to see Florida and UCLA. Recruits are only allowed to take five official visits.
Winslow — a Texas native — also took an unofficial visit to Texas A&M.
Scout.com ranks Winslow as the No. 9 overall prospect in the Class of 2014. Kentucky offered him a scholarship in July, but no one from UK’s coaching staff visited him during the fall recruiting period and Winslow never scheduled a trip to Lexington.
