One-time Kentucky recruiting target Justise Winslow announced his commitment to Duke on Thursday.

Winslow — a 6-foot-6 small forward from Texas — is ranked by as the No. 10 overall prospect in the Class of 2014. He chose the Blue Devils over Arizona, UCLA, Florida and Texas A&M.

Duke now has commitments from Winslow, No. 1 overall prospect Jahlil Okafor and point guard Tyus Jones, who considers the No. 4 player in the class. Shooting guard Grayson Allen — Scout’s No. 36 overall recruit — has also signed with Duke, which has the No. 1 recruiting class for 2014.

UK Coach John Calipari offered Winslow a scholarship shortly after the Nike Peach Jam finals in July, but the recruitment never got serious. Winslow didn’t visit UK and the staff didn’t stay in contact with him.

There are now only four uncommitted prospects in the Top 100: Myles Turner, Rashad Vaughn, JaQuan Lyle and Jonah Bolden.

  1. Is there any chance Rashad Vaughn reopens to UK? There seems to be another wing/guard spot open and I’m not confident Teki will reclassify and commit to the Cats. Also Cal has mentioned adding two more to this class, unless they snag Myles Turner and somehow get Teki to reclassify and commit I don’t see any other way.
