Madison Southern running back Damien Harris moved up one spot in the latest Class of 2015 rankings from Rivals.com.
Harris is now listed as the No. 4 overall prospect in the junior class by Rivals, which updated its Top 100 rankings Monday. The 5-foot-11 recruit is also considered the No. 1 running back in the country.
UK hosted Harris and several other prospects from the Class of 2015 for its “junior day” festivities over the weekend. Harris recently decommitted from Michigan and is considering Kentucky along with several other top programs.
Two other players who visited UK over the weekend — Darron Payne and Marcus Lewis — were also listed in the new Rivals 100. Payne, a defensive tackle from Birmingham, Ala., is the No. 7 prospect in the class. He already has offers from Alabama and Auburn. Lewis, a defensive back from Washington, D.C., is ranked No. 76 overall. He lists Florida State, Ohio State and Notre Dame among his top offers.
Other UK targets on the list include Florida wide receiver George Campbell (No. 16), Cincinnati linebacker Justin Hilliard (No. 47), Texas quarterback Jarrett Stidham (No. 48), Florida linebacker Jeffrey Holland (No. 57) and Ohio running back Larry Scott (No. 58).
Warren East linebacker Eli Brown had been listed at No. 98 in the previous rankings from Rivals, but he was not included in the new Top 100. The updated Rivals 250 will be released Tuesday.
Brown also visited UK over the weekend and later tweeted about the trip: “Cant stop thinking about the UK visit best time ever!!!!”
