Taylor County guard Quentin Goodin will get a visit from UK assistant coach John Robic on Monday, his father told the Herald-Leader.
Goodin — a class of 2016 prospect — already has scholarship offers from Indiana, Tennessee, Oklahoma State and West Virginia, among others. UK and Louisville have both shown substantial early interest, and the Wildcats coaching staff has already seen him several times.
Coach John Calipari, former assistant Orlando Antigua and Robic all watched Goodin play in a game in Lexington earlier this year.
Chris Goodin — the player’s father — told the Herald-Leader that Quentin will play for the St. Louis Eagles EYBL squad this spring and summer. That’s the same team that includes 2016 forward Jayson Tatum, who is one of UK’s biggest recruiting targets in that class.
