Defensive end Darius Fullwood is the 17th player with a four-star ranking from Rivals.com to commit to Kentucky under Coach Mark Stoops.

Fullwood, who announced his commitment Saturday, is the fourth such pledge in the class of 2015.

Stoops has almost doubled former coach Rich Brooks’ total of nine four-star commitments from 2004 to 2009.

Joker Phillips had just three four-star commitments in his three seasons on the job.
