Indianapolis guard Eron Gordon will visit Kentucky on Sunday, he said in a Twitter post Tuesday evening.
Gordon, a 6-foot-2 prospect, is considered the No. 31 overall player in the class of 2016 by Scout.com. He took visits to Duke, Louisville and Michigan last month and already has scholarship offers from Indiana, Purdue and a few others.
Two of Gordon’s older brothers played for Indiana, including current NBA player Eric Gordon.
Gordon spoke to the Herald-Leader in May about his friendship with UK freshman Trey Lyles and said he watched the Wildcats several times last season.
“I like how their main mindset is winning and nothing else,” he said. “I think that’s the problem with college teams: There’s a lot of different mindsets. I think when everyone has the same mindset, then they can accomplish more.”
