With Rivals.com analyst Corey Evans’ report late Tuesday night that Zion Williamson has scheduled official visits for Kentucky and Kansas, the electric five-star recruit from the 2018 class is nearly set in his fall plans.
Williamson — a 6-foot-6 small forward from Spartanburg, S.C. — is now slated to take official visits to Kentucky (Sept. 22), Kansas (Sept. 30), Duke (Oct. 22) and UCLA (Oct. 27).
Recruits are allowed to take five official visits (trips paid for by the host school), so Williamson will have one remaining. Clemson, North Carolina and South Carolina are among the other schools seriously pursuing the No. 1 player in the 247Sports rankings for the class of 2018.
Kansas currently leads Kentucky on Williamson’s Crystal Ball page.
