247Sports national analyst Evan Daniels has logged a new Crystal Ball prediction in favor of Oklahoma State for Cade Cunningham, one of the top performers on the Nike circuit this spring.
Cunningham — a versatile, 6-foot-7 prospect with point guard skills — announced his top 10 schools Thursday afternoon: Duke, Florida, Kansas, Kentucky, Memphis, North Carolina, Oklahoma State, Texas, Virginia and Washington.
Kentucky has been one of the programs on him the hardest in recent weeks. The Texas native has averaged 25.1 points, 6.6 rebounds and 5.2 assists per game through the first three sessions of Nike play, leading his team to a 12-1 record.
John Calipari was courtside for his first game during the only evaluation period of the spring.
Cunningham plays high school ball for national powerhouse Montverde Academy (Fla.) and is the No. 7 overall recruit in the 2020 class, according to the 247Sports composite rankings, though that standing is likely to rise following the next round of rankings updates.
247Sports national analyst Jerry Meyer has joined Daniels in making a Crystal Ball prediction in favor of Oklahoma State for Cunningham.
