National recruiting experts Andrew Slater and Brian Snow are the latest to add predictions in favor of Oklahoma State to the 247Sports Crystal Ball page of five-star guard Cade Cunningham.
The 6-foot-7 playmaker from Texas recently narrowed his list to 10 schools, including Kentucky, and has been one of the top prospects in the 2020 class this spring. Oklahoma State, however, has emerged as the consensus favorite in his recruitment.
Slater and Snow join 247Sports national analysts Evan Daniels and Jerry Meyer, as well as Rivals.com national analysts Eric Bossi and Corey Evans, in making predictions in favor of the Cowboys for Cunningham, who has risen to No. 2 in the Rivals rankings and No. 3 on 247Sports’ list for 2020.
Evans wrote in his Wednesday mailbag for Rivals.com that Oklahoma State “remains the program to beat” in Cunningham’s recruitment.
His final 10 consists of Duke, Florida, Kansas, Kentucky, Memphis, North Carolina, Oklahoma State, Texas, Virginia and Washington, and he’s expected to further narrow that list down in the near future.
