Kentucky is expected to host a trio of young basketball recruits for Friday night’s Blue-White scrimmage at Rupp Arena, and a UK assistant coach was in Cincinnati on Friday morning to meet with another star prospect.
The Herald-Leader reported earlier this week that five-star point guard Jaden Bradley will be at the Blue-White game. He’s the No. 1 point guard in the 2022 class. UK will also host four-star center Shawn Phillips and Huntington Prep shooting guard Kok Yat — both 2022 recruits — for Friday night’s scrimmage. Phillips is the No. 39 player in the 2022 class, according to the 247Sports composite rankings.
On Friday morning, UK assistant coach Joel Justus was in Cincinnati to see four-star point guard Paul McMillan, another 2022 recruit. He’s the No. 40 player in the class, according to the 247 composite rankings. McMillan was also on the guest list for last weekend’s Big Blue Madness.
