Kentucky basketball signee Brandon Boston was named a first-team Naismith All-American on Tuesday.
Boston joined Oklahoma State signee Cade Cunningham, Southern Cal signee Evan Mobley, Gonzaga commitment Jalen Suggs, and uncommitted shooting guard Jalen Green on the first team. All five of those players are finalists for the Naismith national player of the year award, which will be announced Wednesday.
Fellow UK signee Terrence Clarke was named a Naismith honorable mention All-American.
UK target Jonathan Kuminga and sophomore phenom Emoni Bates were both on the Naismith second team, with UK targets Patrick Baldwin Jr. and Paolo Banchero on the third team. A full list of the Naismith All-American selections can be found here.
