As Skyy Clark‘s college commitment gets close, the Kentucky buzz continues.
247Sports recruiting analyst Brandon Jenkins became the latest to predict that Clark — a 6-foot-3 point guard from the Nashville area — would ultimately pick Kentucky. He is planning to announce his college decision Oct. 22, and North Carolina, Memphis and UCLA are his other three finalists. His commitment is widely expected to come down to UK and UNC.
Clark is the No. 14 overall player in the 2022 class, according to the 247Sports rankings, though it’s still possible that he could reclassify and make the jump to 2021. No decision on reclassification is expected until next year.
Jenkins, who has been correct with his first five Crystal Ball picks at 247Sports, placed a “high” level of confidence in his Clark prediction.
