Top basketball recruit Harry Giles announced Wednesday that he will play his senior season at Oak Hill Academy (Va.), one of the premier high school programs in the country.

Giles — a 6-foot-10 post player from Winston-Salem, N.C. — recently narrowed his recruiting list to Kentucky, Duke, North Carolina, Kansas and Wake Forest.

The move out of North Carolina could be seen as a plus in UK’s recruitment of Giles, who many analysts have predicted would play for a college in his home state.
